The Central Missouri Kodaly Educators are committed to excellence in music education for our students and ourselves as educators.

Founded in 1999, Central Missouri Kodaly Educators (CMKE) is a chapter of the Organization of American Kodaly Educators (OAKE) begun at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri. CMKE provides motivational and educational support to music educators in Missouri. We sponsor clinics and clinicians throughout the year, including an annual Children's Choir Festival in the spring for students of OAKE members in the Central Missouri area.
CMKE offers support for the training of future Kodaly educators through the levels of training at the University of Central Missouri. Levels I through III are offered annually in summer sessions.
